The 9th symposium side event, a three-day workshop for recording, analyzing and processing EEG signals in neuroscience, was conducted by the NBML at the Laboratory's site, from September 29th to the first of October 2018.

25 participants, attended the workshop, taught by Dr. Ali Motie Nasrabadi and Dr. Mohammad Mikaili.
The purpose of the workshop was to get participants acquainted with these methods, at the end of the third day: methods for analyzing and interpreting information derived from brain signals, using brain signals to diagnose and track the process of treating psychiatric disorders, use of multiple methods for analyzing brain signals in brain mapping, the processing and analysis of brain signals in EEGLAB, ERPLAB, ICALAB and other EEGLAB-related environments.
