Therefore, a lecture on “mental and career fatigue assessment of Pilots using brain signal processing” was held on September 3, 2018, presented by Dr. Farhad Tabatabai Ghomsheh (Head of Ergonomics faculty at University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences). Among the topics discussed in this lecture are: mental workload; its definition and relevance to consciousness state, mental fatigue and drowsiness, definition and importance of mental workload, mental fatigue and drowsiness on the neurophysiological measurements done on pilots, using EEG for mental workload and exhaustion assessment, the effect of increasing work and required focused attention on EEG rhythms, using EOG for mental workload in activities with high visual attention, EEG rhythms, mental fatigue and drowsiness,
