The research study on the design and manufacture of education equipment and technologies so as to enhance understanding and perception, thinking, learning and problem-solving skill for weak, ordinary and elites students was initiated with the support of the Cognitive Sciences and Technologies Council at the Electrical Engineering Faculty of Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University.

Dr. Vahab Nekoukar, the Assistant Professor, at Electrical Engineering Faculty, Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University’s, said: “Through this project, it is tried to study the technologies and equipment for development of cognitive education’s theoretical approaches as well as to identify and to operate their practicability in the country. The selected technologies should be able to answer the educational problems and be achievable in the country considering the current technology limitations.

The executor of this project said: “the aims of this research project are to investigate and to identify the existing technologies and equipment in the world, to identify leading countries in this field, to study and assessing each technology in detail and accessing its existing information, to recognize equipment available within the country and finally to present practical solutions for achieving the technologies in the country.

The faculty member at the Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University said: “the cognitive education using the fundamental principles of cognitive sciences provides methods, instructions, and technologies at various theoretical and practical level for student training and one of the possible methods for accomplishment of these issues is design and construction of the required equipment and technologies to help students.

Dr. Nekoukar said: “studying this cognitive sciences plan opens up wide horizons for researchers in the country in the field of the design of available cognitive education’s technologies and consequently it leads to research in the fields of design, construction, equipment production and technologies for cognitive education at schools and conservatory schools.
