Holding the Board of Trustees' Meeting of National Brain Mapping Laboratory (NBML) on June 2021
As reported by the Public Relations of the National Brain Mapping Laboratory (NBML), the Sixth Meeting of the Laboratory Board of Trustees was held virtually with 13 Agendas on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, presided over by Dr. Abdolreza BAGHERI, Deputy Minister and Head of the Board of Trustees and Audit Boards of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Mohammad Reza AY, Director of the Laboratory and Secretary of the Board of Trustees presented a performance report of the solar year 1399 (as of 20.03.2020 to 20.03.2021) including the activity of technical laboratory units, educational and promotional activities around the country, the results of the customers and researchers’ satisfaction survey, and satisfaction and performance level of the laboratory during the coronavirus crisis, as well as the provision of new services by the laboratory.
The meeting continued with a report on the progress of the laboratory's strategic plan for the solar year 1399 (as of 20.03.2020 to 20.03.2021) presented by Mr. Reza KAZEMI (Eng.), Director of Planning, Budget and Quality Assurance of the Laboratory.
The audited financial performance report of the laboratory for the solar year 1998(as of 21.03.2019 to 19.03.2020) was presented at the meeting and it was approved upon the acceptance of the financial performance by the auditor.
According to the agendas, the cases like the purchase and commissioning of the MEG, the laboratory personnel plan, payment instructions of technical allowance, allocation of the surplus income of the year 1399 to purchase and supply the equipment were presented and approved.
