The first interdisciplinary workshop with medical group specialists in order to form the Iranian brain mapping bio bank

The National Brain Mpping Laboratory, in order to form the Iranian brain mapping bio bank (IBMB), hosted the first interdisciplinary workshop with medical group specialists on May 10, 2018. The main focus of the meeting was the data structure at the Bio bank. Other topics are as follows:

• The importance of existence of Bio bank in the research infrastructure of the country
• Data processing requirements
• The format and type of data needed to store the Bio bank
• How to read out clinical information from Bio bank data
