NBML Database Updates

The national brain mapping laboratory has recorded several sample data in order to familiarize students and researchers with different brain mapping modalities data and to spread brain mapping techniques and to make available simple and low volume data for student projects and to begin the process of data standardization and make the universal database.

In last update, 5 new sets of data were added and are available now. All data sets are as follow:

• 3. fNIRS Sample Data - Pain task
• 4. fNIRS Sample Data - Stroop task
• 5. EEG data during simultaneous fMRI
• 6. EEG_32 Channel_VisualOddball
• 7. MR Perfusion Imaging with Arterial Spin Labelling (ASL)
• 8. NBML-MEP-TMS Sample data
• 9. Resting state fMRI
