NBML Attending at 12th Congress on the Addiction Science, September 2018

In the recent century, serious changes and evolutions happened in the policy, epidemiology, preventing and treatment of drugs addiction. For researchers and policy makers of this field, these changes provide valuable opportunities to put their various experiences to trial.

In 12th Annual International Congress on the Addiction Science in Tehran, which was held at Razi international Conference Center, 5-7 September 2018, containing more than 20 professional panels, speaking about current situation, strengths and weaknesses, potential threats and coming opportunities in epidemiology, preventing, treatment and research in Iran and the world have been presented. Non drug addiction disorders such as addiction to Internet and video games, sexual behavior, and eating have been discussed and analyzed, as well as addiction to Drugs.

According to Importance of the subject and the vast application of brain mapping in this area, NBML attended to this congress and presented its facilities and services to the scientific community of the country, as well as foreign researchers that participated in the congress. Ideas that, because of the lack of awareness about available facilities in the country, would be disposed, now can convert to research Projects.
