A two-day seminar on clinical, cognitive, and brain imaging evaluations in drug-resistant epilepsy was held on February 20st & 21st, 2019 at NBML.
The main subjects of the seminar were structural imaging and neural function, neural-clinical psychology, Electrophysiology, and electrical and magnetic stimulation of the brain in the pre-operation evaluation, and also:
- Long term monitoring in EPU before surgery
- Reading and interpretation of EEG signals of epileptic activity
- How to design cognitive fMRI tasks?
- How to interpret fMRI findings?
- How to apply neuro-psych tests in pre-operation evaluations?
- Neuroimaging findings in epilepsy
- MRI Structural biomarkers in epilepsy
- Why and how transcranial stimulations can be used in epilepsy evaluations?
