A new service at NBML Parallel processing of fMRI and structural MRI
Given the time-consuming part of MRI images analysis as well as a large number of samples in studies, advanced research centers in the world use multi-core processor servers so as to reduce MRI data analysis time.
Given the time-consuming part of MRI images analysis as well as a large number of samples in studies, advanced research centers in the world use multi-core processor servers so as to reduce MRI data analysis time. NBML keeping up with the world’s most advanced labs has applied its powerful processing servers in order to MRI images processing. On the first launch phase, the parallel processing of fMRI data using the FSL program as well as functional MRI data processing via Freesurfer has been launched by image processing lab.
Researchers could bring their images to the lab to have them analyzed quickly.
Hopefully, the increase in data analysis speed would facilitate the image processing path for researchers in the brain mapping field.
