Fundamentals of Biomedical Signals Processing with MATLAB Software (Application in Computational Neuroscience) Workshop

Dr. Ali Motii Nasrabadi (Shahed University)

Syllabus:

• practical practice with methods of analyzing and interpreting information in MATLAB software
• Practical work of neurologists with MATLAB programming environment and data analysis
• Familiarity with how to process Brain data and analysis them in the MATLAB and working with other MATLAB-based toolboxes
• Practical signal analysis with time, frequency and time-frequency methods with applications in computational psychology
• Practical analysis of event-related potentials

- Practical work with categories (introductory)
- Practical work with Basic Component Analysis (PCA)

- Participants must have a laptop with MATLAB program

Thursdays and Fridays, 26^th, 27^th August and 2^th, 3^th September;

 8:30-14:00.
