NBML hosts the Philippine Minster of Science and Technology

The joint meeting of NBML and the Philippines Minister of Science and Technology was held aiming at introducing an introduction on facilities in Iran and developing of Scientific, research and academic cooperation in the fields of brain mapping.

This joint meeting was attended by Dr. Fortunato de la Pena, the Philippine Minister of Sciences and Technology and the Philippine Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran and Board of Directors, Dr. Mohammad Reza Ay (Director of NBML), Dr. Hossein Ghadiri (Promotion and Education Manager of NBML), Dr. Gholam-Ali Hossein-Zadeh (Science and Technology Deputy of NBML) on April 14th 2019.

At the begging, an introductory clip to NBML was shown, and then Dr. Mohammad Reza Ay presented the supplementary explanations and spoke about the importance of brain mapping in the country by referring to the support of the vice president for science and technology in constructing and equipping NBML aiming at developing brain mapping science. In the end of the meeting, the two parties presented gifts from their countries with honor and respect.

After this meeting, the Philippine Minister of Science and Technology accompanied by the boards of directions, director and deputies of NBML visited various sections of the lab and necessary information was provided by experts of each section. The Philippines board acclaimed Iran progresses in the field of brain mapping.
