‘Basics of MRI’ workshop was held at NBML on May 2018

Basics of MRI workshop was held at NBML on 30, 31 May 2018. Enthusiasts from the field medicine, medical engineering and medical physics attended the workshop. The aim of holding the workshop was to create the familiarity and skill of working with the MRI system along with learning the principles of the device.

• Mojtaba Barzegar (NBML specialist)

Topics:

Basic introduction to the principles of MRI include NMR physics, principles of tissues contrast, principles of imaging, conventional pulse sequences, and MRI hardware.
