The first thinking meeting of the NBMS’ research section

Considering the importance of the research in various scientific elements and applications especially in new brain mapping aiming at student researche convergence, the first thinking meeting of the NBMS’ research section was held at NBML on August 7, 2019.

Considering the importance of the research in various scientific elements and applications especially in new brain mapping aiming at student researche convergence, the first thinking meeting of the NBMS’ research section was held at NBML on August 7, 2019.

At the beginning, Mohammad Hossein Sorayani, the manager of the NBMS’ research section, spoke about the goals and functions of this section. In the following Mahdi Nader, the expert of Strategic Center for Converging Technologies reported on the supports provided by this center and how to communicate with students applying for financial and spiritual support as well as mentioned some examples on financial supports so far. Then Arbab Sadeghi spoke about the relationship between serious and cognitive sciences games emphasizing on extent and application of this relationship. Afterward, Mohsen Dadjoo, the manager of the NBMS, titled the crucial issues in proposal compilation and how students may collaborate with the NBMS. Hereafter Ajam, the assistance of neuropsychology workgroup, elicited the relation between clinic and research as well as available opportunities in this branch. Finally, students expressed their ideas and opinions and presented, in written form, possible cases of cooperation with the NBMS.

The NBMS is considering providing proper planning for brain and cognition research to increase motivation and knowledge of students interested in this field and providing as many facilities as possible facilities for student’s valuable ideas fulfillment.
