Iranian researchers: Aerobic training has a positive effect on rehabilitation from Cognitive-Behavioral disorders caused by brain diseases, especially addiction.

Dr. Ali Rashidipour, the leader of the project," Evaluating the effects of mandatory exercise, with different intensity, on behavioral disorders", which was supported by Cognitive Sciences & Technologies Council, said:" scientific findings show that aerobic exercise with low to medium intensity have an important effect on cognitive-behavioral rehabilitation from brain diseases, especially addiction, and can be used as a non-medical method in Addiction Recovery clinics and drug addiction rehabilitation centers."

Researchers from Research Center of Physiology, Semnan University of Medical Sciences, showed that addicted mice show behavioral, cognitive, and biochemical disorders in the addiction recovery stage.
