The most important thing for designing a Task-based fMRI study is to design a suitable task with the ability to run in the MRI room. These tasks are usually essential in presenting the stimulus to subjects. Therefore, Psychtoolbox or PsychoPy is usually used to perform the task, which provides both high-precision timing and compatibility with the Siemens MRI.
In order to facilitate the study of fMRI projects, the image processing laboratory provides task-designing services in Psychtoolbox and PsychoPy for researchers.
